Rossana has experience in protected areas, land conservation, and World Heritage Site conservation. Conservation strategy bulding and governance in protected areas. World heritage site management as well as protected areas management strategies. Her previous experiences include IUCN Secretariat, IUCN – French Committee and UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites in France, in Italy and Portugal collaborating with cultural landscape management case studies, and the UNDP in social, environmental and natural resources management projects in her home country, Bolivia. She has a BSc in Environmental Engineering, a MSc in Natural Resources Management, and an European Joint MSc in Sustainable Development and Cultural Landscapes. She is a Member of IUCN – WCPA, CEESP and ICOMOS US. In her spare time Rossana enjoys playing handpan drums, outdoors adventures, traveling and dancing.
