Environmentalist working for the Ministry of Environment for over fifteen 15 years as a Biodiversity officer aiming to further develop his career in Environmental Conservation, Planning and Management to better address the challenges of the 21st century. Currently a Deputy Director for Biodiversity in the Ministry of Environment & Forestry, CBD/SBSTTA/Resource Mobilisation Focal Point and a member of the Environment Committee for the Ministry of Higher Education in South Sudan.
Field of Expertise: Wildlife Management, Biodiversity Conservation, Eco-tourism, Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs).
He is also working as a part-time lecturer in the College of Natural Resources and Environmental Studies, University of Juba, Teaching Wildlife Management and Environmental Science courses to students in the Diploma, Bachelor and Master Degree Programs in Natural Resource Management and supervising a number of students.
Paul also sit in the Regional Council of the Horn of Africa Environment Centre and Network (HoAREC&N) and Board Member in the South Sudan Nature Conservation Organisation (SSNCO).
