Maxwell Azali Kodia

Maxwell Azali is an early career Research Scientist working for the Wildlife Conservation Society, Kenya Marine Program since 2014. He holds a BSc in Coastal & Marine Resource Management (First class Honours) obtained from Kenyatta University. He has interests in artisanal fisheries research, coral reef ecology and management and its contribution to the wellbeing of coastal communities. Azali has been involved in training fishing communities in coral reef biodiversity monitoring as a way of increasing their capacity to manage marine and fisheries resources. He is skilled in data management, analysis and GIS.
