I am Agbaegbu Edel-Quinn Ijeoma, a Nigerian citizen, wife and mother. I read Microbiology at University of Nigeria, Nsukka, with a post graduate training certificate in ''Livelihoods and Markets'' from St. Francis Xavier University, Antigonish, Canada. I also hold a certificate on “Strategic Communications and Legal Dimensions of Biotechnology Access” from Cornell Alliance for Science, Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, USA. I am a social worker and the Founder/Executive Director of Every Woman Hope Centre, (EWHC) a Nigerian registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), with strength in advocacy on gender, sustainable biodiversity and good governance. I am an Ambassador/Champion of Biosafety in Nigeria and the Secretary of the National Biotechnology and Biosafety Consortium (NBBC). I am a blogger, (EWHC Blog), the publisher of LifeCare Journal and a social-analyst with Radio Nigeria.
