Upcoming Free Webinar on July 1: Incorporating Targets and Indicators into NBSAPs

We are pleased to invite you to the first NBSAP Forum webinar. In this webinar, Philip Bubb (UNEP-WCMC) will deliver an overview to "Incorporating Targets and Indicators into NBSAPs". Philip will introduce the key concepts, relating to targets and indicators, that are part of the NBSAP revision process. He will also present the 'Biodiversity Indicator Development Framework.' The framework is designed to guide the production of successful indicators, and is based on the experiences of the Biodiversity Indicators Partnership, UNEP-WCMC and their partners. Philip will also draw upon examples from NBSAPs and practical experience in developing targets and indicators to showcase lessons learned. At the end of the session, participants will have the opportunity to ask general questions relating to NBSAP target and indicator development and specific questions relating to the formulation of targets or indicators.

The webinar will be held on July 1, 2015, from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm British Summer Time (BST).

Please register in advance by clicking this link: http://bit.ly/1JZTEIg.
